SHRSA Workshop: Unlocking the Power of Data: Streamlining Metrics for Supportive and Resident Services – VIRTUAL via ZOOM
Tuesday August 20th, 9:00 AM –10:30 AM
Do you struggle with providing metrics when applying for grants for supportive services? Do you find yourself struggling with collecting data for applications when applying for projects? Are you having to call several coordinators and manually gather data needed for Impact or Annual reports? If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, then this workshop is for you!
Join us for a comprehensive workshop on August 20, 2024, where we'll explore the importance of implementing a reliable data collection system to capture the value in supportive housing and resident services programs. Discover how targeted marketing, demographic insights, and measuring program effectiveness can drive improvement and impact. Learn practical strategies for collecting and utilizing data to enhance service delivery, with a focus on key metrics such as program participation, service utilization, and resident satisfaction. Additionally, learn how to easily access the data needed for applications, grants and reports.
We recognize that supportive and resident services budgets are limited. And while this workshop is not a sales pitch, it will justify why you should invest in a data collection system for your resident and supportive services department.
This workshop will take place virtually from 9-10:30 am on Tuesday, August 20th. Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
